NDIS Support Coordination in Western Sydney — 2026
Western Sydney has one of the largest and fastest-growing NDIS participant populations in Australia. The diversity of communities across Parramatta, Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Penrith, and Canterbury-Bankstown also means participants need coordinators who understand local providers, speak multiple languages, and know the specific challenges families in Western Sydney face.
SADC Disability Services is based in Western Sydney. Our support coordinators live and work in the same communities as our participants — this local knowledge makes a real difference.
Why Local Support Coordination Matters
A support coordinator based in the Northern Beaches doesn’t know which allied health providers accept NDIS clients in Fairfield. They don’t know which community programs operate out of Auburn or Granville. They can’t easily attend an in-person planning meeting in Campbelltown on short notice.
Our coordinators operate across Western Sydney’s suburbs daily. We know:
- Which registered providers have availability and accept new clients
- Where the waitlists are long and how to navigate them
- Which community programs support CALD participants
- The specific housing landscape across the region for SIL and SDA planning
- Local LAC offices, NDIA contacts, and allied health networks

- Other community languages (on request)
Navigating the NDIS in your first language removes barriers and leads to better outcomes.
2026: Support Coordination in the Reformed NDIS
The ongoing NDIS reforms emphasise building participant capacity over time. Our coordinators work toward:
- Building your confidence to self-direct your supports where possible
- Documenting progress toward your NDIS goals
- Advocating for appropriate funding at plan reviews
- Strengthening your support network — not replacing it
We are transparent about what Support Coordination can and can’t do, and we keep detailed records of our activities so you can see exactly how your funding is being used.
