NDIS Personal Care in Liverpool — 2026
Personal care is one of the most fundamental NDIS supports. It’s the hands-on assistance that makes it possible for people with disability to start and end their day with dignity — showering, dressing, grooming, medication prompting, and all the daily physical tasks that disability makes difficult or impossible to manage alone.
SADC Disability Services provides NDIS personal care support in Liverpool and across Greater Western Sydney. We are a registered NDIS provider with experienced, trained, and properly screened support workers.

Personal Care and Dignity: Our Non-Negotiable Standard
Personal care support is intimate. SADC takes this seriously.
Our approach:
- Consistency — You have a regular worker who knows your routine, not a different person each day
- Respect — Workers are trained in dignity-centred care. Your preferences, boundaries, and privacy are always respected
- Gender preference — We accommodate requests for male or female workers where operationally possible
- Cultural sensitivity — We have workers with understanding of cultural requirements around personal care for Muslim, Christian, and other community participants
Who Provides Personal Care?
All SADC personal care workers:
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Have completed Certificate III in Individual Support (or are working toward it with supervision)
- Have completed First Aid and CPR training
- Have completed SADC’s mandatory orientation, including manual handling, safe work practices, and dignity in care
2026: Pricing for NDIS Personal Care
Personal care is funded under Assistance with Daily Life in your Core Supports budget. Under the 2025–26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements:
- Standard weekday hourly rate applies for personal care during standard hours (6 AM–8 PM weekdays)
- Higher rates apply for evenings (after 8 PM weekdays), Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Short visits (less than 1 hour) may incur a minimum booking charge — confirm with SADC at the time of service agreement
Getting Personal Care Funded in Your Plan
- At your planning meeting — Request “Assistance with Daily Life” under Core Supports. Specify what you need (e.g., morning routine 7 days/week, 45 minutes daily)
- Provide evidence — An OT report describing your functional limitations and support needs significantly strengthens your case
- Specify frequency and timing — The more detail the NDIA has, the more accurately they can allocate funding
