What Is NDIS Support Coordination?
Support Coordination (Support Category 7) is a funded NDIS support helping participants understand, implement, and maximize their approved NDIS plan. Your Support Coordinator is your navigator, not a case manager.
A Support Coordinator helps you:
- Interpret your NDIS plan funding and categories
- Connect with service providers matching your goals and cultural needs
- Set up service agreements protecting your rights
- Coordinate across multiple services
- Prepare for NDIS plan reviews
- Build capacity to manage your plan independently
