Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between CHSP and a Home Care Package?
CHSP is entry‑level support for basic needs. Home Care Packages (Levels 1–4) provide more hours and flexibility as needs increase.
Can I use SADC if I already have a Home Care Package?
Yes. We can coordinate with your approved package provider to deliver services included in your plan.
I’m waiting for a package—can I start now?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with private care and transition to funded care later.
Will I get the same support worker each visit?
We prioritise continuity and will aim to schedule the same familiar team whenever possible.
Do your carers speak my language?
We’re a multicultural team—tell us your preference and we’ll match accordingly.
How quickly can services start?
After your free consult and care plan, we can usually begin within days, subject to availability in your area.
